Eyebrow Waxing Question?

When it says i should allow 3 weeks for growth...Will it still be fine if i've waited over 3 weeks but i've been plucking it or do i have to let it completely grow back to what it was before the wax.. If so doesn't that completely defeat the purpose of the wax and make for ugly, awkward stubble periods?Eyebrow Waxing Question?
You can pluck between waxings. They just tell you to wait 3 weeks because the skin around that area is sensitive.Eyebrow Waxing Question?
Waxing removes the top layer of skin so it is more sensitive at first. Also, the regrowth has to be 1/4'; for the wax to remove it. What a lot of women do, myself included, is get the brows waxed to shape them and tweeze to maintain that shape. You will then periodically wax them to refresh the shaping and maintain the arch. Regular waxing reduces the amount of hair coming back, by the way, so over time it is done less and less often.
